Melt ships premium THCA hemp products nationwide to all U.S. states where federal hemp regulations permit. Our products are derived from federally legal hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. However, individual state laws vary, and some states have restricted or banned certain hemp-derived cannabinoid products.
States We Do Not Ship To
Due to current state-level laws and regulations, Melt is unable to ship THCA flower, vapes, edibles, or prerolls to the following states:

Age Requirement
All customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any Melt product, regardless of state. A valid government-issued ID may be required at delivery.
